New Year, New Painting
Enjoyed the challenge of painting the Depression glass vase in this piece. The unusual blooms are from the firewheel tree, a native of tropical Queensland. I’m lucky enough to have one in my garden.
A New Still Life
My mother recently moved into a nursing home and during the process of packing her house up I found this vase which is made from uranium glass. The camelias are from my garden.
